This one is in a completely new genre for me 😀 I had been listening to Com Truise a lot and I wanted to try something new. So I decided to work on an electronica song! Once finished though, I couldn’t think of a name for it, so I sent a message to one of my biggest fans asking for a name! So here it is: The Electronica Road! Quite a fitting name actually! 😀
Haha sorry, I seemed to have gotten ahead of myself there; sharing the stems before the song 😛
No it is most definitely not trap, the latest fad in the EDM scene! It is more of dubsteplextro. (Dubstep | Complextro) You may or may not have guessed it, but the name came from Dream’s track, This Is Not House.
TRON Legacy is without a doubt my favorite movie of all time, so it only made sense that I would make a track or two as tribute to the excellent movie! I made two versions of the same song, a techno version (different from my regular style but still really cool) and an cinematic / orchestral / soundtrack version. I made the cinematic version to show that, yes, I am a bass-head, always producing club bangin dubstep tracks, but I’m different because I’m not afraid to be different. A soundtrack version was an excellent way to show that. Not only that, but if there are to be anymore fan made films like TRON Destiny, I would be glad to produce some more tracks similar to the Daft Punk style 😉
Well, that’s that, and, as always, enjoy!
I’ve been a little busy lately! I got a couple new songs out, as well as a radio edit version of my Skrillex – All I Ask of You remix, one of my most popular songs (as well as one of my most favorite remixes so far 😉 ), up on SoundCloud.
My remix of Zedd’s Clarity came about when I was on SoundCloud a few weeks ago and I saw that he had posted the acapella version of the song online. Zedd being my favorite producer, I knew I had to remix that track! Now it’s done, it sounds good, it’s on SoundCloud, it’s on YouTube, and it has some snazzy new album art!
‘HUM3N Part I’ is just a different name for my newest original mix, based loosely around Kill the Noise’s ‘Kill the Noise Pt. I’ Always up for something new and different, I gave the song a beat that could be translated into a story.
I’m really proud of this new remix I created, Zedd – Slam the Door (HUM3N Remix). It sounds so fluid, so nice, that I can’t believe it was created so well!
I always like to support other small artists, so here is a fun remix I did of a song by a cool distortion artist called NoiseBoy Bass (or NBB) 😉
And of course I had to put a free download up on SoundCloud for my second most popular Skrillex remix, Skrillex – All I Ask of You ft. Penny (HUM3N Remix)! This is the radio edit version, so no intro and a bit shorter at the end. :p
After Airplanes, I knew I had to go do one of Hayley Williams own songs from her band, Paramore. So here it is! It’s also up for free download on SoundCloud 😉
